SysIcon

SysIcon is a tool that allows you to change most of the Windows Shell Icons. The changable icons include the folders' icons, recycle bin icon, desktop icon, start menu icon, control panel icon, my computer's icon, and more. It is possible to save all changed icons to a library and load them from it again.
